Scott, Animal Kingdom was
Scott, Animal Kingdom was available on the Manhattan shape. The decals, designed by Schreck, were actually printed in Germany in 1935 and the dinnerware was produced in the US in 1936.

At least one of the obituaries I read mentioned that Schreckengost means "frightening guest" in German. I suppose that doesn't mean his ancestors were from Germany given the prevalence of German populations in many other European countries.
