very nice!
I have a pair of candlesticks that are very similar to the one that you posted. I need to dig them out. I do know that the ones that I have are not marked in any way.
"R.Welch" and "England" are
"R.Welch" and "England" are cast on the inside of the candlestick (where the candle goes). Height ~17.5 cm, base diameter ~ 12cm, top diameter ~7.25 cm

not the same
Good information--thanks! The ones that I have are not the same--they are thinner and have 4 rows instead of 3 in the middle. They are also not marked inside and generally do not look as well-designed. I'll snap some photos tomorrow when there is decent natural light in the house.
