Schreckengost Tricorne
The Tricorne in this issue is credited to Viktor Schreckengost but it's his brother Don's design. I have a copy of the patent, D94245, 10-17-1934, Donald Schreckengost for Sebring. I do not know who the designer of the pattern is.
As for the W.S. George teapot, I am totally smitten. I own at least three in monochromatic glazes.
