Hyalyn #315 vase

I just picked up this piece earlier today, and was hoping someone might be able to fill in some blanks for me. The vase measures 3.75" in diameter by 10.25" tall, and has a matte black glaze.

Glidden or not?

The mark the underside of this piece is extremely light and undecipherable, but the colors & clay are reminiscent of some Glidden pieces I've seen.
