German Fat Lava Tile
Tile made by Ostara Vulkan Keramik, late 1960s early 1970s. Ostara merged into AGROB GMBH in the mid to late 1970s.

Hoganas Keramik. Beyond that, I know very little. I suspect this may be the work of the designer Marie-Louise Hellgren from the 1990s.
