I would have loved to watch this being produced. I imagine they had a tool they raked in the glaze to create these lines. It does have a blue ocean look and the mouth of the vase and body suggest a fish.

How tall is the vase, Brad?

It is 8 1/2" tall.  See comparision photo below.  The design reminds of little slicks of oil on the surface of a turquoise sea (been on my mind a lot lately).
