Handarbeit Oberglas

Handarbeit Oberglas

Would love to know more about this piece and any others made by the same company. All I know is what is on the label which states it was made in Austria.

Re: Handarbeit Oberglas

Handarbeit means handmade. Focus on Oberglas. It obviously means something-glass.

Re: Handarbeit Oberglas

Without a dictionary, "Ober" means something like "over" or "upper."  Oberammergau (the town in Bavaria where the Passion Play is performed every 10 years) is the only use I can think of for that word.  I'm too lazy to dig further.
