Glidden Coasters

Glidden Coasters
Glidden Coasters

I found these Glidden coasters at an estate sale today.  Probably to people from the midwest, this wouldn't be that exciting, but I have never seen anything Glidden at a thrift store or estate sale on the west coast.  The only other time I have found Glidden anything in the wild was at a thrift store in Maryland.  It was a casserole that I didn't buy becuse it was really heavy and I was afraid it would make my suitcase to heavy to fly back with.  These are signed on the back "Glidden 19".

Re: Glidden Coasters

I really like them. Earthy, with a nice splash of thickly-applied glaze!

Gorgeous! Actually made me envious! We don't see much Glidden this far North, either.
