Nice find.  I think this is a cigarette box, part of a smoke set...in the Regalia decoration.  You'll have to keep an eye out for the matching ashtray.

"Regalia"!  That's the name I was trying to come up with.  I kept thinking "Monarch" but knew that wasn't right.  (I just picked up one of the mosaic trays with glass inserts with this decoration.)  Thanks!

I have a bunch of unmarked, less obvious mosaics that I have often wondered if they are Briard. This one is particularly nice. Neat find!
