Originally came out in the 80s, but was short lived re-introduced in 1990 ran for 3 years. The piece at the back is a watering can, it was a smallone, it came in 3 sizes.

All of these items were very expensive when new, they do fetch even more these days on ebay. I really just wanted the clock, the others are all now doubles.
