Russel Wright White Clover 2 Quart Casserole Harkerware

Russel Wright White Clover
Sometimes luck just smiles down on you. At the Alameda Pointe Antiques Faire today I found not one, but two of these elusive beauties - this one in Golden Spice and another in Meadow Green. White Clover seems to be fairly scarce here on the west coast - you occasionally see an odd dinner plate or sacuer, but very rarely the serving pieces. The most amazing thing of all: each was about the price of a latte at Starbucks.

Wowwie! What a score...a latte, no less...fantastic.

Dang. WTG!

Okay, now you're showing off. (I kid).
Sweet scores.

@ studiosmith: I am sure you can appreciate how many miles we log between scores like this - how much bad crap we have to sift through to find a treasure. It's a lot of work but we love it!
This is the same show where, back in September I scored a box lot of RW Theme Informal. This is not a "low-end" flea market, it's all antiques and it's picked by everyone in the San Francsico Bay Area. To me it's inspirational that these kinds of finds can still be had at venues such as this - despite the traffic and the competition.

Knowledge is power. That's the thrill of it all. Like when a hunter drags a 12 point buck home.
