Industrial Design Clock

Art Deco Clock
Art Deco Clock

Designed by the noted Henry Dreyfuss. Patent 114262  filed November 19, 1938, granted April 11, 1939. 3.5 inches (9 cm) tall, by 3.25 inches (8.5 cm) wide.

I especially like the rocket or skyscraper shaped hands. If I remember correctly, Dreyfuss wanted the clock to resemble an industrial gauge.

Glass and metal. Unfortunately, it does not work.
