Hygene Ware Syrup Pourer
Combining style and function.
This syrup pourer is a good example of early adoption of American styling into a domestic British design. Unlike the previous Hygene Ware pot I posted, here the glass has become the less import component and the plastic lid/handle has taken up the position of visual importance - and beautifully done too, with the arc flowing from spout to handle incorporating a thumb operated, sliding closure.
And fun colours, too!
