Garden Ware

Garden Ware
I know very little about Garden Ware (originally thought to be Stoneage Modern) which I presume this is an example. I like shape of this piece. Does anyone have a listing of what was made in this line?
Update: Wadogum has ID'd this as Garden Ware by Zanesville.

Re: Stoneage Modern
The Rans, Ralston & Russell ZSC text has a 60s catalog reprint of the Stoneage Modern line beginning on page 267. That shape's not shown. Although the glaze looks consistent, typically the line had raised, rather than debossed, numbers and I've never seen an example with the "/" as a separator between form number and size designation.
