Franciscan whitestone ware Swing Time
Estate sale find. Gladding McBean Franciscan whitestone ware "Swing Time." Service for 6 (I only put out one setting) Never used,not a scrape on them. If some noticed, I put them in the category of American and International. I didn't see the fine print until I took them out for pictures the other day. (I've owned them for about a month) "By TTK Japan" Did some looking to find Gladding McBean started having dinnerware made in Japan in the 1960's. I was somewhat disappointed. Thinking of the Klatch subject this week about Mikasa,I was in a to post or not to post quandary,ultimately deciding to post.
