Wow was I happy to find a Dorothy Thorpe Gold Fleck Martini pitcher with 4 matching glasses today. I seem to be finding cocktail sets every time I turn around.

I like the gold fleck too. I wish i had a better photo of it but am super pre-occupied right now. It looks nicer then this photo. I am still learning about Dorothy Thorpe so this was a fun find.

I think your photo is very cool! I like the prisim-ROYGBIV effect you have going on, on the wall and counter.

Cool!   I've heard of this line, but had not seen untill now.  Dorothy Thorpe's one of those designers/companies I wish someone would do a book on.  There's so little info out there about her lines.

My biggest question is "who made the glass"?  There's a line of textured glass trays that I think were done by Imperial, but I haven't even been able to confirm that.

Re: Dorothy Thorpe Gold Fleck Cocktail Set

Well so far I have found little to nothing on her gold fleck glassware and who manufactured it. The only confirming information was an old ebay listing of the cocktail pitcher but only just that it was a Dorothy Thorpe designed piece. I had no idea how hard it would be to find information on this line. If you or any other posters ever come across more information oh her or the gold fleck I would love to know more.
