Finally found the blue companion to the yellow BP Sun Tile.  As shown although both are designated *1532 the marks are slightly different (blue tile mark is on the left).

Very cool! I've never found one with the glazing on the right. The mark on that one is one of the so-called "transitional" marks. I can't give you a date, only tell that it is later than the one on the left. Jamie Franklin confirmed the Gil attribution for the show at the Bennington Museum. (Many of the tiles were designed his first wife, Gloria.) He dated the design to ca. 1960.

I've just GOT to find time to get a start on a chronological photo set of the marks.
