Nice find. I should have known the coffee pot had a warmer. It seems Gailstyn always included a warmer or caddy whenever possible, but I have never run across this one. Not my favorite decoration, still a treat to see a complete set. Thanks for posting.

I saw one of these coffee pots in an antique mall last summer sans stand. It's great to see these pieces complete with the stands. I can't help but admire your Raymor Capri and Iroquois Primaries collection in the background. At least I think that's a Primaries sugar bowl on the top shelf. Cool shape!

My oh my that is gorgeous. I'd love to have that on my kitchen counter!
Walter Kidde, Inc.
I found some 70s or 80s ?? stoneware by Gailstyn yesterday (not modern, didn't buy) in a box. It said that Gailstyn was a division of Walter Kidde, Inc.
Walter Kidde
VERY interesting info, Mike, and new to me. I have a number of Gailstyn things in the box, and have never seen any indication of Walter Kidde, but these pre-date the 70's. I wonder if they aquired Gailstyn sometime in the 70's.
70s acquisition?
It was news to me, as well. I think it must have been a later acquisition. Just guessing.
