Big Lax fan. Condition is king. Nice one, B.
Re: Copco Michael Lax Design Denmark
Thanks! The interior cooking surface is spotless. No signs of use. Love the knob on the lid. Looks great on the stainless steel and black stove.
Re: Copco Michael Lax Design Denmark
Burnt the crap out of some scrambled eggs in mine. Need to get some cooking skills.
Re: Copco Michael Lax Design Denmark
I'm looking at a Copcoware brochure and none of the skillets with teak handles came with the lid, surprisingly. The lids on the casseroles must be interchangeable with the skillets. Is this the 10 or 12" skillet/frying pan (depends which page you look at. One calls it a skillet the other a frying pan)?
The brochure appears to be undated and available colors included Burnt Orange, Citron Yellow, and Cardinal Red. This particular brochure did not mention or show white, but the shape is the same--designed by Michael Lax, made in Denmark, Copco.
"A New Concept in oven-to-table service." "Copco porcelain enamel cast-iron cookware, blends the elegance of modern form and colour with the old fashioned flavour gained by cooking in cast-iron."
Re: Copco Michael Lax Design Denmark
Mike, this is the 10" skillet/frying pan.
