Country-Time©, Aztec Blue
Aztec Blue. 10 oz. cup & saucer. This is not the only cup and saucer found in the Country-Time© line, designed by Ben Seibel. A shape very similar, if not identical to Seibel's cup for Raymor Modern Stoneware (Roseville Pottery) is also rarely found. Dinner plates in this line are one of the hardest things to find.

Meat platter missing the wooden insert. Aztec Blue is much less commonly found than the decorated patterns, but is not as hard-to-find as the other solid color in this line, Teal, which is more of a robin's egg blue color.

Coffee Pot.

Relish and Cheese Set (missing wooden insert).

Covered casserole [notched, 2 quart].

Raymor Country-Time by Pfaltzgraff backstamp. Raymor initially distributed this line beginning in 1956. Later, when Raymor no longer distributed the line, the line was called Pfaltzgraff Country-Time.

Underappreciated
It is my observation that Seibel's Country Time dinnerware is probably among his most under-appreciated modern dinnerware lines at the moment. This is a shame! If I were to start collecting a new line of dinnerware (dangerous!), both of the undecorated colors would be near the top of my list. It is gorgeous! On the positive side, last time I checked prices were affordable so starting a collection of this nature might be very doable even on a tighter budget.

Oh, I definitely agree.
Oh, I definitely agree. There are so many forgotten and under-appreciated lines! This is one of them. Aztec Blue, in all honesty, is relatively harder-to-find than patterned Country-Time. So putting together a set of this particular color would be difficult at best. I acquired this set on a very lucky day when I got most of the pieces together as a set at an estate sale. Very rare for something like that to happen.
Having been collecting now for almost 17 years, I've seen lines go in- and out-of-favor and prices go up and down. I think we are seeing a cyclical down right now for many lines. In fact, out-of-sight-out-of-mind helps keep the rarely seen items artificially low in price and good buys, in my opinion. Great for us collectors who love lines that are more obscure or out-of-favor.
